Refunds
Try it first. The free trial checks your first 10 ADM files, no licence key needed. If you buy and it still isn't for you, the 30-day refund has you covered.
Once you've bought ADM Master QC, if it isn't for you, email info@mercenarymagnetics.com within 30 days and we'll refund the full purchase price. No form, no reason required, no "tell us what went wrong" survey. A person reads that inbox.
A few things said plainly:
You keep what you learned. If you ran the app, found a problem in a master, and then decided you don't need it going forward — that's a legitimate refund. Take it.
What the app does, and what it doesn't. It measures your master against a published delivery specification and prints every value next to its limit. It doesn't certify anything, and whether a label accepts a delivery is the label's call. If the report did what this page says it does, it did its job. If you think the page oversold it, that's exactly what the 30 days are for.
Wrong machine? It needs an Apple Silicon Mac (M1 or later) running macOS 14 Sonoma or later. If it won't run on your system, email us and we'll refund it whether or not you're inside the 30 days.
After a refund your licence key is retired and we'd ask you to remove the app.
Purchases are handled by FastSpring, our authorised reseller and merchant of record. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually land within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. You can raise it with FastSpring directly if you'd rather — emailing us is faster.
